Watch Out for Bears! Blind Box Lucky Draw (Macau) - Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
1. This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by Manulife (International) Limited (“Manulife”). The campaign period is valid from May 4, 2026 at 9 a.m. to June 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Macau Time) (“Campaign Period”). By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Lucky Draw (include 2 parts in total) is open to individuals who fulfil the following requirements (each an “Eligible Participant”):
2.1 - 1st round of instant lucky draw (May 4, 2026 at 9 a.m. to June 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.)
- Participants must be aged 18 or above and physically present in Macau at the time of registration for entry to the Lucky Draw; and
- Holders of (i) a valid Macau Permanent Resident Identity Card or (ii) a valid Macau Non-permanent Resident Identity Card or (iii) a valid Non-resident Worker's Identification Card or (iv) valid travel document (“Identity Document”); and
- Eligible Participants must answer the questions and submit their personal information on the designated campaign website (“Campaign Website”) during the Campaign Period, including name (which must be the same as the name on the Identity Document), the first four digits of Identity Document or the alphabet(s) and the first 3 digits or first 4 digits of the valid travel document, phone number and email address.
2.2 - 2nd round of instant lucky draw (May 4, 2026 at 9 a.m. to July 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.)
- Participants who fulfil all the requirements in clause 2.1 above; and
- Select to meet up with an insurance advisor of Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner (if the participant’s latest issued policy was purchased through Manulife's distribution partner) on the Campaign Website during the Campaign Period; or schedule a meeting with a insurance advisor of Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner, including but not limited to contacting his/her insurance advisor at Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner to make meeting arrangement, requesting a meeting through the Manulife website or hotline during the Campaign Period; and
- Must complete a meeting with designated insurance advisor of Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner (if the participant’s latest issued policy was purchased through Manulife's distribution partner) on or before July 24, 2026.
3. Eligible participants may only enter each round of the lucky draw once at most and can win at most once each round; any duplicate submissions will be deemed invalid. This Lucky Draw does not guarantee a win. The prizes for the lucky draw will be randomly allocated to winners by a computer system from the prize list. The prize details are as follows (“Prizes”):

4. The lucky draw results and the details regarding prize distribution will be made available on the lucky draw page upon completion of the draw and the winners will be notified by email instantly. The email and notification will be sent to the email address and provided by the participant at the time of entering the lucky draw. The prize distribution details will specify the applicable arrangements and procedures for the redemption of the relevant gifts.
5. Each Eligible Participant can win only once at most in the Lucky Draw each round (please refer to clause 3). Winners of the 1st round of instant lucky draw grand prize, as well as the grand prize, second prize, and third prize of the 2nd round of instant lucky draw, must personally claim the prizes at the Macau Customer Service Centre (Avenida De Almeida Ribeiro, No.61, Manulife Plaza, 14 andar A, Macau) and present his/her original copy of valid Identification Document between May 4, 2026 and August 7, 2026, in accordance with the instructions provided in the winner notification email.
6. All the Prize(s) cannot be exchanged, transferred, returned or redeemed for cash, other products or services under all circumstances, and will not be re-issued if lost, damaged or unused after expiry.
7. If any information Eligible Participant provided to Manulife for the Lucky Draw (including but not limited to the name, phone number and email address) is/are incorrect, untrue, incomplete, or invalid, relevant Eligible Participant will lose the eligibility for participating in this Lucky Draw.
8. Manulife insurance advisors are not allowed to participate in this Lucky Draw. Staff employed under Manulife or its affiliates (“affiliates” means any person or entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with Manulife) are eligible for participating in this Lucky Draw.
9. An announcement regarding the end of the Lucky Draw will be published in Macao Daily News on July 31, 2026.
10. Eligible Participant must attain the age of 18 or above with a valid Identification Document at the time of registration for entry to the Lucky Draw. Otherwise, the relevant Winners will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw without further notice. Manulife reserves the right to verify the identity of the Winners at the time of prize redemption. If any Winner is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, their qualification will be canceled and no replacement will be made.
11. Manulife is not responsible for verifying the email address submitted by Eligible Participant for participating in the Lucky Draw. Should there be any misdelivery of email notification resulted from inaccurate / incorrect information submitted by the Eligible Participant, Manulife will not re-issue the Prize.
12. If the participants or Winners violate any applicable rules / regulations or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of Manulife or any third parties, the relevant participants or Winners shall be liable for all the losses.
13. Email notification or other Prize redemption documents issued to the Winners will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
14. If for any reason Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Manulife that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Lucky Draw, Manulife reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
15. Manulife is not the supplier of the Prize and shall not be liable for any responsibilities regarding the use or enjoyment of the Prize and shall not be responsible or liable for the availability and quality of the Prize. Any disputes arising from the Prize shall be resolved by the Winners and the supplier directly. The use of the Prize is subject to terms and conditions as determined by the supplier.
16. Manulife has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to relevant clauses of the Terms and Conditions, determining a person’s eligibility to receive the Prize. If Manulife discovers at any time, whether after or during the Campaign Period, that any person has failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions, Manulife is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in the Lucky Draw and receiving the Prize.
17. Manulife reserves the right to interpret the Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, Manulife’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
18. Privacy Statement
Participating in the Lucky Draw will serve as the participant's consent to accept the Terms and Conditions and Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement, and agree to receive communications relating to the Lucky Draw, including Winners notifications. For Manulife’s Statement of Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement, please refer to https://www.manulife.com.hk/en/individual/privacy-policy/manulife-personal-information-collection-statement--macao.html Manulife hereby notifies the participants that personal information will be collected and used for the Lucky Draw’s purpose, which include without limitation to the administration of the Lucky Draw, drawing the Winners, contacting participants on Winners notification and identity verification of the Winner upon Prize redemption etc.
Whilst provision of personal data by the participant for this Lucky Draw is voluntary, failure to supply personal data by the participant will result in Manulife unable to recognize the participant as an Eligible Participant, and consequently unable to enroll the participant to this Lucky Draw. Manulife retains the rights to contact the participant concerning this Lucky Draw, irrespective of the participant’s consent status to Direct Marketing as detailed in Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement.
19. If any term or condition of the Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that particular term or condition will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of any of the remaining terms and conditions of the Terms & Conditions.
20. Macau Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
